1. Data Collection & Connectivity LingLab_EvilChar: Kana Battle is designed to prioritize user privacy. The App is fully functional without an internet connection. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information, such as names, email addresses, device IDs, or location data. No data is transmitted from your device to our servers.

2. Audio & Media The App utilizes locally stored audio files (MP3 format) to provide pronunciation support. Unlike apps that rely on external Text-To-Speech (TTS) engines, LingLab_EvilChar does not transmit text or data to any third-party speech services. All audio processing happens entirely on your device.

3. Target Audience & Children’s Privacy This App is designed for adult language learners and university-level students (18+). It does not knowingly collect any data from children. While the content is educational and appropriate for all audiences, we do not intentionally target users under the age of 13.

4. Accuracy & Content Linguistic data, character representations, and vocabulary are provided for educational purposes and are subject to update. The game mechanics (HP scaling and character "boss" battles) are pedagogical tools designed to enhance character recognition through repetition.
