Privacy Policy for LingLab_JPN, the first LingLab_Projects designed for learning Japanese Kana system.

1. Data Collection & Connectivity 

LingLab_JPN is designed to prioritize user privacy. The application is fully functional offline and does not require an internet connection. 

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, including but not limited to names, email addresses, device identifiers, or location data.

2. Third-Party Services 

The application uses the standard Android Text-To-Speech (TTS) system service to generate audio output. Text is processed locally by the device’s operating system. 

No user data is collected, stored, or transmitted to the developer or any third party through this process.

3. Children’s Privacy 

This application is intended for general educational use. It does not knowingly collect any personal data from users, including children under the age of 13. 

Because no data is collected, no user tracking or profiling occurs.

4. Educational Content Disclaimer 

Linguistic content, including IPA symbols and pronunciations, is provided for educational purposes. Variations may exist depending on dialects, accents, or system TTS engines.

5. Intellectual Property & Policy Updates 

All original game design and instructional materials are the property of the developer. 

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted within the application or on this page.
